At Abby Glow, a business registered under Abitas Ventures in Kenya, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds for goods once sold.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange within 3 business days. The shipping cost for sending the new item will be covered by the customer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:

Out-of-Nairobi Returns (International/Remote Locations)
